The rules for visitors, registered users and astrologers.

1. Scope and acceptance

By using AstroTrust you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not create an account, submit content or use account-only features. Each version shows its effective date; earlier versions are available on request.

2. What the service is

AstroTrust is an information and feedback platform. It shows information supplied by astrologers or users and records of checks performed within a stated scope. It does not guarantee the truth of every statement, the quality of a consultation, the accuracy of predictions or anyone's future conduct. A verification label describes only the specific check and date shown.

3. Your conduct

  • Do not submit fabricated reviews or reports, impersonate anyone, manipulate ratings, threaten or harass anyone, publish private information, or upload material you have no right to share.
  • Do not use AstroTrust to threaten, extort, stalk, discriminate against or coordinate abuse of an astrologer or a user.
  • Do not publish Aadhaar numbers, identity-document images, personal phone numbers, home addresses or financial details in any public field.
  • Astrologers must not buy reviews, offer benefits for positive reviews, retaliate against people who report or review them, or claim that AstroTrust endorses their predictions.

4. Content decisions and appeals

We may restrict content or accounts that break published rules or create a credible safety, privacy or legal risk. Where reasonably possible and lawful, the affected person is told the reason, the scope and duration of the action, and how to appeal. Urgent temporary measures may be taken to reduce imminent harm; they are reviewed promptly by a person and are not final findings.

5. No guarantee and third-party services

AstroTrust does not guarantee astrologers' availability, consultation outcomes, or third-party websites and services linked from profiles.

[LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY — TO BE DRAFTED BY COUNSEL. It must not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.]
