Rules for customer reviews and astrologer responses. Reviews are not enabled during the pilot.
Customer reviews are switched off during the pilot. These rules will apply when, and only if, they are enabled after legal and operational approval.
What reviews may contain
- Genuine, first-hand experience of a clearly identified interaction. We do not require positive or negative sentiment.
- Not allowed: fabricated or incentivised reviews, impersonation, threats, slurs, sharing others' personal details, irrelevant personal attacks, confidential information, or unsupported allegations presented as fact.
Fair moderation
- The same published rules apply regardless of the rating or any commercial relationship.
- A review is never removed only because it is negative or the astrologer disagrees.
- Astrologers may post one respectful response without exposing the reviewer's private information.
- Reviewers can appeal a removal; astrologers can appeal a moderation outcome.
- Ratings are shown with the number of reviews. Reviews describe users' reported experiences; they do not establish the accuracy of predictions.
