What each label means
Contact confirmedThe astrologer proved control of an email address or phone number. This is not an identity or qualification check.
Identity verifiedAn approved identity check was completed. ID numbers and documents are never shown.
Self-reportedSupplied by the astrologer and not independently checked.
Unable to verifyAvailable evidence did not allow confirmation (for example, the issuer did not reply). This does NOT mean the claim is false or that anyone acted dishonestly.
