What ratings and labels mean
Working draft — pending review by qualified Indian legal counsel. It is not yet a binding policy, and highlighted [PLACEHOLDERS] will be filled before launch.
How to read the information on a profile, and what it does not tell you.
- There is no single "trust score". Each piece of information — contact, identity, each credential, experience — is shown separately with its own date and scope.
- "Self-reported" means the astrologer told us; we did not check it.
- "Unable to verify" means we could not confirm it. It does not mean the claim is false.
- No label says anything about whether predictions are accurate.
- No complaints shown does not mean no problems: complaints are never published as findings.
- Customer ratings are not shown during the pilot. If enabled later, an average will only appear with the number of reviews, and only above a minimum count.
